The Arizona State Legislature passed Senate Bill 1293 which became effective May 31, 2010 requiring liens to be released electronically with the exception of Mobile Homes.   • DDI will provide you with the email address for the contact at the Idaho Transportation Department (IDT). Your email to Idaho will need to include the following:

 Mandatory ELT Headed to Florida

If you are a lienholder in Florida, now is the time to set up an electronic title lien system. As of January 1, 2013, Florida House Bill 1223 will require all Florida lienholders to electronically transmit liens and lien satisfactions on vehicles and vessels to the state’s department of motor vehicles.
